Initiate Your Request
Log into your Phone Villa account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure all personal data is erased, factory reset the device, and remove any SIM or memory cards before securely packing it in its original box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
